Return Policy
All sales are final! I do not accept returns or exchanges. Depending on the item, I may be able to replace it for you.
Track my Order
All orders shipped as parcels will have tracking, unless it's not available to your country. The tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation. If you need your tracking number, email me at crystallizekpop@gmail.com and I can provide it for you.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Typically shipping is anywhere from $5-$7, but it is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of the package, the destination country, and the postage type you select. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your
order.
International orders, duties are added on at checkout.
I will not refund refused deliveries.
When will my order ship?
I try my best to ship all orders out NEXT DAY! Made to Order items (such as T-Shirts, mugs, etc.) have longer processing times and those items cannot be shipped next day. I'm just as excited to ship your order as you are to receive it!
International Shipping?
I ship internationally from the United States. For international orders, all applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are included in your checkout total. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

- Delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services may impact delivery timelines.

What does A, B, and C Grade mean?
A, B, and C Grade refer to the product's condition. I quality check all items and grade them by what I think is the best and what doesn't meet my "perfect" standards. Anything below an A is also sold for a cheaper price!
Can I Custom Order a product?
Yes! Please note, custom orders are limited to these items: buttons, decals, and photography prints. For more information on custom orders, please click here!
